Christina's has beautiful dresses even though they are extremely over priced but that's not the reason I'm ratting it 1 star. Ever since you walk into the store the lady's working there follow you around every where just watching you as if you were gonna steal a dress,( like how the f*** are u gonna just get a long as dress and put it in your bag) anyways they follow you around everywhere and just by the way you look they assume you don't have the money to buy and expensive dress so when you ask for one they say "you are aware that it's an expensive dress right " I think that's super rude from them to say obviously if u want to try it on is because you've seen the price and your oaky with it. What they've also done to me is that when I ask for a dress they lady said she'll check if they have one and then will go whispering something's to another person and come back saying "oh I'm sorry we don't have your size we only carry SMALLER sizes" even though I had seen my size in the manikin. Eventhough the store has super nice and elegant dresses the lady's who work their REALLY discourage you to buy their and definitely make you feel uncomfortable from the moment you walk in. (Their only 1 lady who was new their and was really helpful but when I went back to the store to see other dresses and she wasn't their .. it was just a waste of my time ... )

If I could give them 0 I would my mom is in tears. Who my mother spoke to sounded oriental, she was beyond rude to her when my mom called to ask for advice in regards to the dress she bought here not closing correctly, the zipper seemed weak and all she could say is my mother had gained weight. My mom bought the dress a week ago. She asked for her name and she said "I don't have to give you my name!" Then continue to give her poor customer service. Not to mention that the first thing someone told my mom when she walked into the store was that all the dresses were over $300, as if my mom couldn't afford them. This is unbelievable, this review is just the beginning, I will be contacting the BBB and anyone who can make sure this doesn't continue to happen to customers.

Christina's is AMAZING!!! I love their customer service and they really do make every single girl feel special. I was helped both times I came and It was nothing less than the perfect experience for me. If you're looking for a unique dress and the best customer service out there Christina's is the shop for you I am so blessed to have found them.

My friend and I entered the store after driving by. We understand it is a Saturday and potentially busy but she wanted to get an idea of the type of dress she wanted for her upcoming wedding. After walking around for 15 minutes we were not approached by a sales associate. We noticed girls nearby in the fitting rooms trying on prom dresses. My friend and I carried selected dresses assuming we needed to approach the fitting rooms to be helped. On our way there a sales associated pointed at me and spoke loudly to her coworker, "she's holding a dress." I actually believed maybe she was there to help because she felt bad but then we were bombarded by two other employees who snatched the dresses out of our hands and said we were not allowed to touch them and needed an appointment. One of the associates then said they were too busy with prom, which is understandable, but it is all about the delivery of the message. We were horrified! Both of us have worked in customer service and I would never treat a customer like that. They just missed the chance to make a much more profitable sale in comparison to a prom dress. Do not expect quality customer service. Advice to the employees here: learn to have some cooth please.

Many thanks to Roz, for helping me find the perfect mother-of-the-bride dress; one that my daughter, the bride, fell in love with as well. We did not have an appointment, yet Roz graciously spent as much time with us as we needed to make our final decision.
