Chula Vista branch on Broadway is too slow , long lines and not enough customer service. Most station's like shoes sections has no cashier's. People can easily t as me off and steal merchandise without being notice. Very bad customer service. Lacking of employees in a very busy store

I waited like 15 to 20 min in line only 2 people on the register. I went up stairs to see how the lines were on the other registers the line was the same. No one to attend to us in shoe department we had to look for our size and the pair of our shoe.. Clothes every where in all departments.  And some registers not even open so they can attend to more customers some people just left got fed up on waiting in line for so long. Never seen a JCPENNEY SO DISORGANIZED AND WAITED SO MUCH IN LINE..AND ITS ONE OF MY FAVORITE STORES. IM GOING TO HAVE TO THINK ABOUT COMING BACK TO THIS ONE..

Will not go back to that store, when I finally found a sales person she couldn't speak English, got someone who could, she had trouble helping me all I wanted was a princess dress for a 3 year old what they had was alful. Check out was very long only 2 sometimes only 1. It was just not the JCPenny I was use too.
