Have bought dresses here for over 3 years for every special occasion - great prices - always seem to find one or two

Worst ever! I bought a dress here and i went back to exchange or get. A refund because i had realize the dress was damage and there was parts that were ripped  and the lady was very rude. You supposedly have 8 days for a refund and exchange. The lady did not want to give me either a refund or an exchange. She threaten me with calling security because i was being "too loud" she said her policy was not giving anything back and supposedly there dresses are good quality and new. She said the dress was wear out. And i have not use the dress since the day i bought it and she said i had already used it and it was damage and she was not going to do anything about it. Which is a lie I have not use this dress since the day i bought it.
