First time coming to this place , the spa itself has their own parking area . Upon entering the spa your greeted and checked in for your appointment . They have a nice clean seating area, for you to fill up your paper work and get some refreshments . Once finished you are taken, on a little tour of their spa facility and shown were your locker will be .  You are free to use the steam room, the sauna, and the whirl pool and the showers during  your stay for your treatment . 
My therapist Colleen was great , she had a great personality and was super friendly . She was able to work on my problem areas , where I felt some discomfort . After my session I was able to use the whirl pool and the steam room to relax a bit more . 
Truly enjoyed my massage session and can't wait to come again .
