Waiting time is included in the one hour massage time. We got total half an hour real massage.

This Place is a total FRAUD STAY AWAY!! Was CHARGED for filling out medical questions!!! Made an appointment one day before my appointment, Desk girl gave me 3 pages to fill out a questions sheets then when arriving to for my massage. The Massage young girl said she will fully charge me the full amount of 1 hour even though I will NOT be massage for 1 hour only 15 minutes!!! Desk Girl said she will only massage for 15 Minutes even though I PAID for FULL Price of 1 hour that I am NOT going to get even though I Paid for an hour massage!!! She said reason NO 1 hour massage she has to charge me for filling out medical forms.. Why didnt they tell me to fill out the day before when I made an appointment so I wouldnt be scammed into pay 1 hour when I only got 15 minutes massage and NOT the whole body just upper neck! Why that sound like FRAUD to me the lady said because we charge you out of your hour massage to fill out medical questions!! This does NOT seem fair!!! Its a fraud thank god I found out before buy several Christmas Gift certificates. What a great disappointment! They should had warned me the day before when making the appointment that I was going to be charged for filling out the medical questions!! I would go elsewhere or I would have signed the forms one day before so I wont be cheated out of my 1 hour massage charge!!! This place is a Total FRAUD!!! Customers BEWARE Go Else were I did!!
