Always professional.  Denise is a rockstar with hair and makeup. New facility clean and relaxing, with many super options for spa services. I highly recommend

I was torn between giving this place 3 or 4 stars. This is my first actually affordable spa experience in LA since moving here in 2013. They have daily specials so I decided to try it. I booked their same day Signature Massage. In the description on the email, it made it look like I get a 75 minute massage, and I get to choose between hot stones, aromatherapy, and a foot scrub. But NO... You get all three! For $90!!! Amazing. And complimentary parking to boot.

The layout of the facility is just okay. The woman who checked me in brought me to the locker room and in her instructions to get to the resting room, she actually said I would have to take three rights to get there. I wandered around a bit in my robe and ended up in the main salon waiting room. Having no idea I just sat down, but was kindly escorted to the real resting area. Upon later inspection I found that there was really only one sign within the three right turns I had to take.

The locker room was clean and had most of the supplies included with other spas with one notable exception: no body lotion anywhere. I could have missed it though. 

The locking mechanism on the lockers felt antiquated and complicated, but they had instructions posted to help. 

The resting area was nice and relaxing. Some women in there had tea and water, but I couldn't figure out where they got it from. 

The massage itself was amazing! Like I said I was surprised when I got aromatherapy, hot stones, and a scrub. 

I will definitely be back. My spa habit is expensive, but this place won't break my bank.
