We celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday party here. We had a party of 25 kids and more than 20 adults. The service and setup were great! We did a Bluey theme so I added some personalisation myself. The party hosts were also very helpful. We booked a morning slot so there were no other birthday parties going on and we had the floor for ourselves. Even the adults enjoyed the games and kids had s blast!! Everyone had something to do! Pizza was great but their slices seemed very small to me. Their dipping dots ice cream was a hit among the kids. Will definitely recommend booking a birthday party here.
It’s chuck E Cheese so you go in w expectations and tons of kids and families are there but the food is always gobbled up by my boys and they have a really fun time. There are always machines/games that are out but I think that’s expected. They also have a new bounce house which is nice- no flips allowed.Food: 5/5
The cashier had an attitude and was very rude when we were trying to get fun pass. Asked for the medium pizza meal and she paused saying one second with a smirk on her face … then when she rung me up… it was just for a pizza and not the drinks. Buying everything separately I paid more. When I was trying to scan the QR code she moved the board and giggled “ I’m sorry, didn’t know you were using that”… I was told sign up for monthly fun pass online only. Ok fine. After I registered she took her time ringing ppl up and once she got to me she was dismissive and rude. Management was pleasant. Didn’t voice my opinion about the cashier because I was beyond frustrated with how we were treated. Portions of food are smaller. Next time I’ll order on the app so i don’t have to deal with that.Prices listed for you guys
My children and I had an awesome time! The summer pass has saved me tons of money and gained me and the kiddos tons of play time. It was 25 dollars cheaper online!Service: 5/5
My 7 year old daughter had an absolutely wonderful birthday party at CC today. It was clean, the food was good, and our whole party of 15 or so had a great time. Our CC party helper, pictured here, was really fantastic and did an amazing job helping us keep the party moving and taking care of the pizza, drinks, and more. I can't say enough positive things about her - please pass along our appreciation. Chucky was awesome as well - just a great overall experience!
It is a fantastic place to go with children; they enjoy the food with really good deals while playing with different machines. The pizzas were tasty and big sizes. It was a fantastic experience for the children and a relaxing time for parents—a place where we will surely be back. Parking: Free parking close to the restaurant for more than 40 cars. Kid-friendliness: At the start, you're marked with an invisible ink; this is appreciated for the safety of your children.
Was there for a birthday party and was disappointed. It's been years since I have been for a party, but I'm not sure what she paid for because the "planners" were nowhere around the whole time. Took pizzas forever to come out, and then they were wrong. No pitchers of drinks were brought to the tables. Then, I ordered food personally and waited for an extremely long time for burnt wings that were prepared incorrectly. Another person who was with us ordered a pizza and also waited an extremely long time for just a cheese pizza, and was given the run around about whether or not she had even ordered it. Games were not working properly, and there was only one person on the floor available for assistance. It was overall a horrible, expensive experience that I will be sure not to repeat! Nor recommend anyone else do so either.
My 5 year old son loves coming to this establishment. So one day when he had a day off from preschool, we decided to make a special trip to Chuck E Cheese. The security at the entrance is some young girl stamping hands sitting down on a stool. If someone really wanted to abduct a child here, it would be very easy. There are no ropes or walls to detour someone from doing that. We then went to the front desk to place our order for pizza and game time. For 45 minutes and a bracelet that lets you scan the game I paid close to 40.00 for just that. My mom ordered the food, a large cheese pizza and 3 drinks. Which was close to 35.00. So as soon as we get into the game section, a lot of the games are out of service. My son was still excited and running around to each game. The pizza was surprisingly good. It just wasn’t very big. And the drinks were fresh and carbonated. The most disappointing thing about this visit was when the Chuck E Cheese character came out to interact with the kids. My son was so excited to see him and was trying to talk to him but the mouse didn’t want anything to do with him. He even came back out on a second occasion and did the same exact thing. My son’s little feelings were crushed. I would say overall he had a fair time but the experience could have been much better!!
Really nice place. Great food, a little pricy but honestly worth it. The staff needs a little boost in enthusiasm but I understand it’s not for everyone.
We went today right at opening. Best decision! We had sooo much fun, food was hot & fresh. The young man at the front counter was very helpful & so kind! We all had a blast. Thank you Chuck e. cheese Food: 5/5
