Found my auto there. Informed the sales person of my specific needs (disabled veteran, here). Within in minutes, "Gray Betty" and I were partners. The finance manager, Dallas is so personable and helpful. If you are looking for that "seasoned" car or truck, visit here. I did and could not have been  more pleased.

Bo was very helpful and transparent about the entire purchase/trade-in process. Clean and professional building with cars that are well maintained. Immediate Carfax provided and plenty of time to look over vehicle/test drive. I am beyond satisfied with my Charger and would recommend Chuck Nash to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle that will be dependable and decently priced. I may even be back to purchase the wife a vehicle in a few months! Thank you Bo!

We went in expecting to have to settle for something lesser than what we saw and liked on their website, based on past car buying experience, but not only did we get our first choice, they also found a lender who gave us a reasonable interest rate. Bobby Freeman was are salesman and he's awesome. :)

This place gave an appointment that I drove 40minutes-1 hour for. At first Beau(Bo) was friendly and set up the appointment for me to look at a specific 2016 Subaru WRX STI limited that was there when I got there. Beau was with another customer and had me wait 15 minutes for Rocky. Rocky was missing so Beau gave me to one of the sweet ladies there whom started the process of paperwork. I noticee about 30 minutes into the process that the Subaru was gone and asked Beau if he knew what happened to it? He told me "another gentleman is about to purchase it." I warnes him that I'd get pissed if they did. They could've told the guy that we have an appointment with someone who is thinking about purchasing it but instead they sold it out from underneath me. They almost pulled a Bait and Switch because then they tried to sell me a Cadillac and a Vette. It was almost a Bait and Switch (witch is illegal) because if it had been gone before I showed up then it would've been a true Bait and Switch. I went off on the Owner and Beau. Rocky showed up and he was the one trying to sell me something else. This place does bad buisness. My wife made an appointment for a specific Santa Fe, and Red McCombs Hyundai pulled it out and had it ready to go for us and had 2 people wanting to look at it but they told them it was being held for us, that's good buisness. Chuck Nash is garbage. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!!!! Also I told them not to run my credit before I walked out and they still ran it without me purchasing a car.

I got one of those ads that I have won a bunch of prizes from this place. I read thru the small prints and nothing there eliminated my prices. Yeah I know this kinds of ads are most likely a scam. But I checked them up and they ad surprisingly good reviews... So I just had to go in and try it out... The ad said that I might have won everything from a silver dollar to 25k +100 dollar Walmart gift card. They took my information as expected to try sell me a car... Then they swapped my prices to a 1 dollar Texas lottery ticket that they claim is worth more than a silver dollar and my Walmart gift card was two 25 dollars gift cards to some weird online stores that had no cash value and said that they can't be sold... Then they start calling to sell me cars as expected... Who would buy a car from someone with that kind of unethical ads that use bait and switch tactics... It's not really like I would trust their cars either! Next time I need a car I know where not to go at least.
