I can only recommend this please. It’s my go to place now . Very friendly, helpful and trustworthy people! I just got a Pontiac g6 2010 and they have been taking care of the inspections breaks my headlights for a very reasonable price !I like to check multiple times and ask a lot of questions and they have been very patient with me about it ! Better safe then be sorry lol I never felt like I was botheringthey made me feel super safe /)

Brought in my '98 Dodge Dakota a few weeks ago after I suspected an issue with the power steering--awful whining noise and steering impairments. I phoned the day before and the guys were able to get me in the following morning. We discussed my truck's age, and that she spent the majority of her years in Chicago (think salt) and the guys gave me forewarning about what they might find. I didn't have the highest hopes, and they called me a few hours later to fill me in on the major concerns. I was honest with the guys that I knew little about vehicles, and was pretty much driving my Dakota til she dropped, and  they were very honest and forthcoming, taking the time to elaborate, in layman's terms, what we were looking at. When I said I would just rather get rid of it (their recommendation, based mostly on safety) they gave me information about donating it to charity--something I hadn't really considered. I worked a lot with Owen and Grant, and every conversation and interaction with them was very professional and considerate. They offered to keep my vehicle at their shop (saving me a bunch of money and hassle with parking) and helped me with every step along the way. I moved from Chicago just over a year ago, and I am so glad I found these guys. Finding an honest, helpful, no-bullshit mechanic can be a huge pain in the ass and a lot of troubling trial and error, but Chuck's came through for me with flying colors. I would recommend them to anyone. They even offered to help me out by doing an inspection/giving me advice when and if I decide to get another vehicle. Top notch service, great people. I went in for an emissions test issue, and was told my car had a cracked gasket head (probably) but they couldn't say for sure and that my car was essentially totaled, or would die very soon. I went for a second check at a different place and not only did they say my car was fine, but that Chuck's had left a shop rag under my hood. 3 years later, my car is still running just fine.

Great guys and their work is great. And they gave me a bunch of $$ off when I needed a new head gasket since they had replaced a lot of the components a year prior which didn't need to be replaced since they were going into the engine again.
