Jeff’s Auto Repair has been providing Puget Sound customers with unsurpassed auto repair and outstanding customer service since 1980. With our many years of automobile repair experience we have learned that clear communication with our customers is vital. Twice in the last week I have called at 7:30 in the morning and have been able to bring in my vehicle and have it fixed up before the day was over. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are able to explain cars in a manner that I understand what is going on. I am definitely going back for any future needs, even if it is just an oil change. Shout out to Tim who has been so helpful.

Tim and the crew at Jeff's Auto Repair were recommended to me by my boss.  I called and talked to Tim.  It was easy to make an appointment and I got in the next morning.  He was communicative about the process and the costs associated.  He called me that day to tell me the details of the issues with my engine.  He explained it in a way that I understood what was wrong and what steps needed to be taken.  They completed the work before their estimated time of pick up.  I will continue to return to them for all my auto needs.  Thank you guys.

Jeff's Auto Repair did an excellent job maintaining my 2003 Subaru Legacy Sedan; and it was super convenient for me.  It's also helpful that they send friendly reminders on maintenance due.

I will continue to use Jeff's Auto as their prices are fair and they explain all my questions.

I have taken my car here twice now within the last two weeks and these are the most friendly staff I have ever met at a auto repair shop.  I cant tell you how many times I have gotten unfriendly service that just makes you nervous about the repair service.  But every time I have been here, they have given me a full list of what was wrong and what was fixed.  They tell you the price up front with everything included and will let you know if something will cost more if needed before they do any work.  I also had to spend a lot of money on my car to get fixed, and the guys there let me know what things I could fix later because i didn't want to spend so much money, so they gave me a list of the things that should get fixed right away and took off the things that I could wait and do some other time so I didn't have to spend so much money at once.  Every time I call they let me bring my car in right away, which is very convenient.

I like this shop a lot. They are super friendly, transparent about prices, and honest about what needs fixing. What else do you want from an auto repair shop?
