My wife and I eat here regularly,  the prices are great, staff is efficient and friendly, and helpful to a fault.  The beers, burgers and steaks are amazing.  $20.00 for a 1 pound rib-eye $6.00 for an 1/4 pound Angus  Burger and $5.00 pints, these are everyday prices.  What this restaurant lacks in pricing, they do not lack in quality.  
The lounge area is great for sporting events, MASSIVE split screen TV on main wall that will display 6 or 7 sporting events at one time, there are also several TV's in the restaurant area as well.
Overall, this is a great family restaurant, our daughters love it to, irrespective of the prices.  There is nice separation between the lounge and restaurant.  If you are intending going for dinner, call in and reserve a time, as it is usually very busy.
I have not noticed a difference with new ownership as some others have mentioned,  but we have seldom been in for lunch, we did notice the Burger increase to $6 bucks, this is still ridiculously cheap in comparison to other restaurants -

As a regular I have always had a good experience at this location. The veteran staff treats me like family and the few new faces that I see are very welcoming. The prices are reasonable to cheap and the quality is consistently good. The bar can get busy, especially around dinner and later into the night. The restaurant area is usually free but weekend nights or holidays may see you waiting for a bit. My only complaint is that the menu can change a couple of times a year and favourite items can disappear, seemingly forever. Otherwise I see no reason to stop coming by! Affordable steaks and beer are hard to pass up!

Great food, great prices, great service. Been Here a number of times and have always walked away happy! Family friendly with lots of appealing options, something for everyone. Place is always busy yet I have never waited for a table. If that doesn't say enough I don't know what does. They have truly found the recipe to a delightful place for lunch, dinner, or just drinks!

Top marks for this location!

We landed in on them, unexpectedly, as a large group (parents and kids) after a sports tournament. The manager Sam, didnt blink an eye, and handled our large group like a true professional. 

Not only was the service over and above, the food was fantastic! We all thoroughly enjoyed our evening.  So much so, we booked to return the following night!

Great value! The food is not bad and their beer is probably lowest price in town. The steak might not be cooked to your preference though during a busy night but given their menu price can’t complain
