We eat here often. We enjoy both the menu and the service. Our one concern is the washrooms. It's almost impossible to do a good handwash because there's such  poor water pressure at the tap. This has been consistent over several visits. I try to plan around that because it is such a nice place to eat otherwise.

It's pretty good, although some of the items are hit or miss. They have a very nice variety in the menu, however there are items which I love like the chicken breast with pesto and goat cheese, and things I hate like their burgers, which although huge patties, the flavor of them is off. Their smoothies and milkshakes are also pretty good and very reasonably priced, especially compared to places like cafe demetre.
Service is also pretty good when their are not too busy.

Not a clean place! I ordered tea, and the waitress brought me a cup where it was yellowish inside. At first, I thought it discolored because it has been used a lot. Then, when I touched the handle, I noticed it was sticky, and it had stain on the side. I asked the waitress (Heidi) to replace it, and she did and apologized for it. Then I asked for a second tea because I had to discard the first, and I thought they would not charge for both, but they did! I also ordered the Cuban pulled pork sandwich, which I could hardly see the pulled pork in it! After talking to a friend, he told me that his wife had a similar experience where her cup had a lip stick mark on it!! Will never go back!

I was a weekly regular but this place went downhill. After not going back for over a year due to unacceptable service I decided to give it another shot. I was happily surprised at service and food. Seems new owner has a grasp on how to treat customers and deliver good food. Will be back soon.

I have never received better service than I did on Monday January 1st. Scout was our waitress and she was friendly, and amazing at what she does. Could not thank her enough for the impeccable and impressive service. The food was delicious as well!
