I would describe the customer service at Chucks as old school. The type of customer service you don't find anymore in this modern world. The type of customer service where they listen to the customer and care about their needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chuck and Joe and it was the most pleasurable experience possible. Both are very professional and knowledgeable!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Amazing caring people! They went above and beyond! My family and I became displaced after our move to North Carolina was put to a halt. We had made it to kentucky to visit family before heading on to NC. Hurricane Matthew changed that entirely. We Lost Everything that was waiting for us there. We thankfully ended up falling in love with kentucky and the towns of Radcliff and drown and have began our process of settling in this awesome town of Radcliff with my family. The VOA of Elizabethtown partnered with Chucks Mattress Outlet and truly blessed my husband and I and our three kids with beds. Originally we would have gotten a standard bed, no bells or whistles , and that would have been a blessing regardless, but the kind people at Chucks upgraded us to a bed that is beyond amazing and so much more than we ever could have expected. The owner and his crew were so kind, so wonderful to me and my family. I've never been more grateful for the kindness and generosity Chucks showed me and my kids. Thank you to everyone there at Chucks Mattress for the huge blessing! We are so excited to sleep comfortably in our own beds !
