This was the first time I ever went into a Lowe's and no employee offered to assist me! In fact, only one spoke to me the whole to me I was in there and all she said was "hello". That was appreciated. Fortunately, they had what I was looking fit and it was a good price.

Needed two sheets of drywall. Everything in my reach was damaged. Walk all the way across the store to customer service. Was told someone would be right there to meet me. Walked back and waited over five minutes in a mostly empty store. Still no assistance arrived. I left and went across the road to Home Depot who were happy to assist me.

Worst customer service! I just moved to the area and needed to purchase a new washer and dryer. Not only did no one assist me in the washer and dryer section but the older white lady who worked there knew I was waiting on her and completely ignored me. I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere. Do not recommend.

The products are good while still being rather pricey. The selection is probably the best in town but it is hard to find someone to help you when you need it. The last few times I have visited the store I gave up trying to get help after speaking to several staff members who told me to go find someone else. Either because it was not their area, they were on break, or they were too busy doing other things. I have ended up spending a total of over 5000.00 at their competitor, Home Depot over the last 3 years, on a new refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and a nice lawn tractor.

They didnt have what i was looking for, but i was able to find something useful and there wasnt a line to stand in. One worker pointed me in a direction that wasnt useful, so i asked another worker and he was able to help me find an isle that had stuff similar to what i was looking for. Lowe's we're close but no cigar.
