My experience with ChuckTown Homes was a whirlwind.  Jeremy sold my home in 4 days with multiple offers.  I was not quite prepared for such a quick sale.  Luis picked up the ball on the other end and helped me day and night to find a great house in my price range.  The transition from old house to new house was smooth.  I was able to negotiate the price I wanted and move in quickly.  The whole process took less than 60 days.  The entire team was fantastic answering all my questions quickly.  I would recommend ChuckTown Homes to anyone who wants attentive service buying or selling a home.

Andrea Parler contacted me after I sent an inquiry about a home for sale.  She was absolutely awesome during the entire process.  This was my first experience buying a house and I had no idea what to expect, but Andrea explained everything to me so well and helped make the process much less   daunting for me.  She basically "held my hand" the entire journey from initial contact through closing and even beyond.  I know that she works with many other homeowners but she made me feel as though she were working for me alone.  She was always available to me via phone or email and was excellent about getting back in touch with me and keeping me updated about everything.  I can't begin to say enough great things about Andrea.  I am so grateful to her.  Two months ago when my landlord decided to put the house I had been renting for 13 1/2 years up for sale and gave me until the end of 2017 to move out, I was completely panic stricken but after that initial contact with Andrea I felt much more hopeful about everything.  I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a house.

In a pinch they came through. Our demands and desires were certainly high but our realtor Shawn Pillion navigated the waters of the home purchase process with us expertly. I felt confident in the ability and knowledge supporting me as I took this home purchase step. I love ChuckTown Homes Real Estate!

Awesome group of people. They have helped with the selling of my house, the buying of my new house, the selling of my dad's house and my sisters house. They all were very helpful and professional. Andrea Parler with Chucktown homes was very helpful. She has vast knowledge of the area. She is very responsive and will help in any way she can. I had some minor issues come up after the Home inspection and she was there to keep things in my best interest.
