Pam was extremely responsive and resourceful throughout our house purchase process.  She took us to see some waterfront properties last May but we weren't quite ready to move.  However, when we visited town unexpectedly in October with plans to move immediately, Pam was available at the last minute to show us a place that turned out to be The One.  

We hit several snags along the way due to the property being held in a Trust, but Pam helped us navigate through all of it.  Her responsiveness and knowledge of the market around Charleston were invaluable.

If you need a realtor in Charleston or the surrounding areas, please call Pam.  She is sweet, intelligent, thorough, patient (she needed this skill with me. . .) and available at any point in the real estate process.  I moved here from Maryland less than three weeks ago and I don't know what I would do without Pam.  She was with me through construction updates, walk-throughs, settlement - she gave me an orientation of the area, offered coupons, suggested a gym, and helped me get a job.  This has not been an easy transition, however, Pam is helping me feel better about this life-changing decision.  Thank you, Pam.  I hope we are friends forever. . .

Best Realtor in Charleston!  Pam always worked for us when most would have given up.  Always a call or text away and always responsive to any and all needs that we had.  I will stake my own reputation on recommending Pam to anyone looking for real estate in the Greater Charleston, SC area.  If you select any other realtor ... well ... you are just selling yourself short.

Pam was an extreme pleasure to work with. We bought a new house, and sold our current home with her, and couldn't be happier. She was very communicative and reachable. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and will use her for any other real estate purchases in the future!
