Drove through about fifteen minutes before closing. Expected chicken that had been sitting under heat lamps for a while, but my tenders were cool and going hard. Husband's chicken pieces were warm. Won't be eating at this or any Church's again. First and last time and I'm sure it doesn't make a difference to the people who were working, but it should to management. Also, we both asked for original. Mine were, also probably laden with bacteria, but husband's were spicy.
 We made it clear what we wanted.

I love church's but this place is awful. I've had nothing but trouble from them and every time I go something is wrong. And when I go back to get my missing items or fix my order, the workers are rude. Not worth the stop. I have actually gotten food poisoning from this restaurant and when spoke to management that acted as though that wasn't something they worried about!

Have had a few problems but it has been fixed. They have an employee turnover so not sure on that problem. But, for the most part very satisfied with them.
