I have one word for this place... TUESDAY'S!
I went to this location for $5 Tuesday and it was great! The tickets are $5 (including tax) they have $5 deserts, wines, and half portions of foods (like the chicken nachos). The staff was very polite and helpful. She recommended we save our Groupon since it's already $5 today which we didn't know at first. Also it's super empty so you can sit wherever even if you show up at the last minute. I definitely think you get a great bang for your buck here on Tuesdays. Lastly my dessert was delicious!

This is one of the best theater for everything. The seating is wonderful and I'm satisfied with the food. I used to not be able to say that about Studio Movie Grill but they have definitely stepped it up. The drinks could use a little bit more kick but overall it's great.

DISABLED FAMILIES: This is a excellent theater for senior citizens and disabled people. You can virtually sit anywhere. My kid and I are pretty much here every week.

First impression is the place is filthy.  Where I was sitting there is a bar type surface to eat on with a 4-5 inch wall that has lights and your seat number on it.  Along that wall was dirt and debris that looks like it hasn't been clean in forever.  In addition the food runners were delivering the wrong food/drinks to people.  This happened about to me 3 times while I was there.  And to top it off I ordered the "Blacked Chicken Pasta", which is more like Mac and Cheese with no chicken in it.  They comped my food because I didn't eat it.  So they get 2 stars instead of 1 because they didn't charge me for the food.  I stopped coming here years ago because of the same type of experience.  Seems they never changed.

So... I have had good experiences in this place before, but I have to say I was extremely disappointed on this particular visit. The cashier was particularity rude when I tried and to purchase a ticket and mistook me for an adult when i am very clearly a teen. In other institutions I have been easily identified as a teen and therefor never had to pay the adult fee. But instead, this cashier claimed I was an adult, and when I corrected her, she shortly asked for my ID. I told her I did not have it and had to pay the adult fee. I just find it ridiculous I had to pay 2 dollars extra for something I'm not.

Worst theater ever. Just went to Logan, and now watching Get Out, and there was no surround sound and the sitting is horrible. Rubbing against the chair next to us. The only plus side is the food being served during the movie. Service was horrible. I usually dont leave reviews but I needed to for here.
