This place needs to train their employees on proper cleaning practices when serving customers. I witnessed an employee moping when I pulled up. As I entered, he put the mop down, and proceeded toward the counter where he asked if he could take my order. I asked if he would be preparing my food, and he stated yes.  Not believing it, I demanded he was his hands. He was not happy about it but did it anyway. I should not have had to ask that; it's common sense, or so I would think being as though you're preparing food. I will not be going back!

THE LOCATION ON BELTLINE IN CARROLLTON HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...THE YOUNG LADY, I BELIEVE HER NAME IS  LINDA/LYDIA  HAS A VERY SMART MOUTH DEFINITELY NEED OF HOME TRAINING WHEN SPEAKING TO OLDER PEOPLE ...  THEY DON'T WEAR NAMETAGS...I STOOD THERE FOR 5 MINUTES WHILE SHE WAS MOPPING /TEXTING, THEN I SAID WHERE IS THE MGR,SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE SHE HAD TO PUT HER PHONE DOWN...AND IT JUST WENT ON-ON.....THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

Very good for fast food chicken. Get the spicy. The honey butter biscuits are by far best of any fast food chicken.

This Church's Chicken location is the worst place ever and this has been going on for many years without improvement. Constant problems with food, sanitation, and nasty service/horrid attitude has not improved after years of reporting the unacceptable conditions to local and corporate management. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 39 years. It is not te only gross and disrespectful place with drive thru fare, but close to it.  A report to health depts. will not correct the snotty attitude from certain employees, but it might get someone inspired to improve the sanitation and the poor food quality (consistently undercooked, rubbery chicken) as just one example.

Asked for fresh chicken as it was being placed in the bin ..I watched the mgr get the older chicken from the other bin ..I said no the chicken that she just brought out..the mgr started speaking in Spanish then said it is the same chicken ..after the drive through employee started laughing I said ..No you're lying ..I saw you..she then started speaking Spanish again and gave me the fresher chicken ...so sad when the corps hire bilingual people to serve everybody ..but they really just Talk about and try to get over on  customers. I notice this happens a lot in dallas ...so sad trying to higher ppl at a lower hourly rate....you end up with bad service...chicken still was dry...will definitely drive to Forest lane next time..
