I've had nothing but trouble since opening my account,  

When I opened my account I was promised 300$ for a new  smart account and it's been a year and they told me that I opened it before the promotion.. well it was their banker who said the promotion was on and I would of waited. 

My dad opened his account during that time, and it's been over a year and he still not has received his money... 

I was told they fixed my account, so that if I deposited money to pay bills or use online banking, I would be able to use it asap.  I did that last night and guess what, they held my money, and I missed out on a discount flight for my step daughter and now because of their mess up, I will have to pay 200-300$ extra for her flight.. 

Their staff / banking reps at the front are very nice, and try their best.

But this bank is under staffed! I waited over an hr to get through line one day.

Thinking about closing my account and going else where ..

When I come here to see a teller to deposit a cheque I wanna see a teller. Sure I could go to the bank machine, but I don't like machines they scare me about losing my check and calling me names. Sure I also could do everything I want at the bank machine but then I won't be able to ask the teller for my receipt and then they forget and then need to swipe my card again. Anyway I also may need a roll of quarters for my laundry, ya think of that. Can't get a roll of quarters from the bank machine can ya. Anyway, most tellers are friendly and when I had to see a banking person in the back, she was quite friendly and assisted in getting a new credit card and changing my account. 

Can get greenbacks here. Bloody robots though gonna take all our jobs. Also got one of those drivethrough​ money machines so don't even have to leave ya car. How bout that!
