The absolute worst customer service at the counter. No one ever offers to help. So much wasted time at this location. Many times had to walk out. Took all my money out of this location and went to Citizens Bank where the workers actually do their job well.

Sat in waiting area for 35 minutes, there were two bank workers talking to each other for 20 of that. Then one said they'd be "right with me". After 15 I left. Not the kinda experience I want. Citizens bank was a lot friendlier

The Reason I am leaving M&T is because of the slow service and staffing levels at their branches. Also because of multiple times their ATMs are out of Cash.

There so busy standing around gabbing then when they finally wait on you- we only except school taxes as a courtesy believe me if I could go somewhere else once a year I would and PS please stop sending me your junk mail for my once-a-year visit
