Opened an account stating what I wanted, didn't get what I wanted, got what the adviser thought I needed, that didn't make sense to me at the time. Went back and asked for my money to be put in the account I wanted. Why asked why bother changing it now. Went back and closed my accounts, I thought I had two, turns out I had three, the third I was completely unaware of until I said I wanted all my accounts closed. Very bad practices done at this bank.

Terrible deb knew what I had for a loan told me I was all good then the day of it going threw she screwed me around and ask for random stuff that wasn't needed then told me that I needed one thing that I told her I didn't have at the beginning and because of that deal was dead now I'm behind on everything and my credit has a hit and I can't go anywhere eles because of them I will never do business with a bank like this they have terrible customer service I would rate the one on Dorchester a 0 if I could

You have to know what your in there for. Avoid the younger people. Like the really young ones. The bald guy with the suit is great. But the kids just have a hard time. I would say they are nice except they are very strict on policies.

I walked in with my brother who is a 53 year old Down Syndrome client. This was 12:30 Monday January 25. We were told that we needed an appointment and the first one she had was at 5pm. I asked who it would be with and she said "me". So far no problems. We arrived at 5 and were told she was busy and have a seat. We did. At least 3 advisors come by and asked if we were looked after. I said "yes we have an appointment". We finally got to see our advisor at 5:40. She apologized and said the other people were "walk ins" and it took a long time.I asked why she did not send us to another advisor and she said they were all busy. After sitting there for 40 minutes I can verify that they were not all busy. Doesn't a client who is disabled and who has an appointment get priority over walk ins? Brother is diabetic and I was getting tense. We finally got out at 6:30 without accomplishing what we needed to accomplish. I took my brother home to get his dinner and went back to the branch. After speaking with a teller we finally got what we needed. It was now 7 pm. This is not what I expected and certainly not a good experience for my brother who is a client. One star for the teller who was helpful . Shame on you Dorchester Branch.
