Nice little RV park with a security gate. All paved surfaces with grass between sites. Well maintained. Nice, accommodating, friendly owners. A bit difficult maneuvering a big rig thru the park with permanent residents cars parked along the roads.

Nice place to stay.  Friendly owners, security fence, clean laundry.  Convenient to stores and shopping.  We have stayed several different times and we would recommend this park.

Fully fenced park in town but quiet and safe. Paved with grass areas. Friendly.

We love this rv park its quiet the ppl r friendly and the staff r very helpful! It is very secure, my granbabies toys and r table and chairs stay outside and never get bothered...the yards r beautiful as r the lil critter visiters [birds & lizards] who stop by to say hello! Would recommend this park to everyone lookin for long or short term stays!!!

We stayed at this RV park for a month. It is in a convenient location, secure and well maintained. The staff and owners are very nice, helpful and accommodating. We came to Texas for the winter and stopped here on our way to our final destination. We thought we would stay a week and ended up staying a month. It was nice to wake-up to the sound of birds, to have access to a nice walking trail along the river and to feel safe. I would definitely stay at this RV park again.
