Secret Shopper Report:
As a secret shopper and food critic I give this store 2 stars . Floor and tables were dirty. Prep areas were dirty. Dirt build up around the floor bases. Staff unfriendly and Rude. No gestures. Cash register operator looked high.
Quality of Food:
Food quality was good, dressing bottles were empty for salad bar. Salad leafs off color, cumbers brown. Pizza was good, however the consistency of crust was hard watch pizza in automated oven.

My childhood restaurant. Fresh salads, hot soup and strange (but delicious) pizza types! I believe you can get your own custom pizzas too delivered to your table. There's an arcade in the restaurant too, so it's a great place for families.

Update 6/24/2017: I just found that they use tiny disposable cups for drinks and even smaller soup cups compared to before, where they used reusable cups and bowls. Now I have to refill my cup every 10 minutes or so. Cheap, inefficient, and wasteful. Food is ok, but the new plastic forks and spoons make eating hard.

I used to really enjoy Cici's. It's been quite a while since I've been so i was shocked with my most recent visit.  The cups are now cheap disposal plastic. I had to refill my water conatantly because the cups provided are tiny (like 8-10 ounces.) The silverware is now disposal plastic. Its so cheap it kept breaking when i tried to cut my salad. The restaurant itself was pretty dirty. I used to enjoy frequenting this establishment, but no longer.

The pizza is always top notch here. Taste really good and they always have plenty to pick from even during peak hours. I rated 3 because it's not the cleanest. Floors were dirty, Windows dirty, table's not the cleanest.

Great place, price is right and lots to pick from and friendly staff.great food so come check them out very kid friendly as well but this place is for everyone .
