Lost 3 stars one because when we entered no one greeted us, the hostess and the two girls behind here all looked dead, lost the second star because we had to ask for water several times & the waitress didn't even check on us, the last star is because they charged someone else's tab on my card and now I have to wait till Tuesday for the money to hit my bank account. Only reason I'm writing and complaining is because all these things could of been avoided if the people here payed attention. Food was good though !

We waited past our estimated time. Never got a table. The section by the bar had 8 empty tables. And their were at least 15 people in waiting area. Smh

Let me start by saying that redlobster is one of my favorite restaurants. I come to this location 3-5 per month. My last visit is what made me write this review. I got a roach in my iced tea, plus the service was definitely under par. All that aside, maybe the waiter was new, and I give him that benefit of the doubt. The manager did apologize for the roach but I was still charged for the drink. I could care less about the$3 drink but it's the principal. I still tipped 25% with the bad service because I could see the guy was trying. Food was still good.

Love this Red Lobster, their employees are always so nice, polite and have a sense of humor. Their food is always great abd I am very partial to their "fancy" drinks.

Excellent service Tom was our waiter, and gave us one our best dining experiences. I recommend the Lake Worth location for its food and hospitality.
