I feel like there going cheap with the toppings.. recently ordered one and lack of cheese and salty taste plus meat toppings. Especially me paying 25$ Its not like it use to be back in my days growing up. Loosing fate on there consistency. Supreme pizza doesn't feel supreme..

I ordered delivery on a saturday night at 6:30 pm about. The middle of my pizza was raw. Had to call 3 times. First 2 times someone clearly picked up the phone and hung up (you can hear people talking in the store, so it was not just disconnect). 3rd time someone immediately picks up and puts me on hold for a good bit. At this point very frustrated. Asked to speak to a manager guy says he is one, i tell him the problem. HE says let me get my supervisor (i'm sorry i thought you were a manager?) General manager comes, i asked him if the man i had spoken to was a manager( wanted to double check) he ignored the question, until i repeated it. I told him my problem. He was VERY rude and disrespectful. Told me I could bring the pizza to him and he'll reimburse me for it (every other delivery place I know will come get it and swap out with you. the whole point of delivery was not to drive?) Then he goes "Maybe next time you should check your pizza before you accept it". He gave me credit for my pizza on my account. But was very rude the entire time. Just don't go here. There is another pizza hut on Lantana. MUCH NICER AND ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE place. I will never ever spend my money here again. They were so disrespectful. They ignored me as I walked in the door n didn't even say "we will be right with you ma'am" or nothing. They counting the change in the draw n it took two ppl. One guy from the back had to come up n help me. Then another lady walked in and they greeted her n welcomed her instead when they were done counting. They never showed me my pizza, I had to open it n look at it myself and one pizza I got was so small and I had to pay regular price on it. I will never again come here. If I were you I wouldn't either. They need to go out of business.
