Been going to this business for 2 years and spending about $80.00 A week for cigarettes. I opened a pack and immediately found it was stale. Took it immediately back and explained the problem and the owner refused to exchange because it was opened which I understand but good customer service would have dictated an exchange.
I asked him for $7.50 you are willing to lose a good customer . He flatly refused. I told him I would be writing a review and his response was "I don't care."
It's not the money to me, it's standing behind your merchandise. This is why small businesses are failing.

The shop owners are nice. The Products sold  are very cheap and flimsy. Simply go here for convenience but warn anyone reading to not buy anything over 6 bucks

 About 3 weeks ago I went in to this store to purchase my very first vape, I asked for a good starter one, he sold me one of the vape kits on the top shelf of his display, and some e-cig juice. ($60 later) It was a cheapo one, that didn't even last a month. I will never be shopping here again, due to inferior products being marketed to unsuspecting consumers. I urge you not to shop here.

For a smoke shop, this place is nice! So it's not a fancy cigar store, but it is a darn nice smoke shop! Although it is not a cigar lounge, they do have a really nice humidor here with an excellent cigar selection. They have almost any brand of cigarette you can think of (domestic and foreign) and at fair prices. They also have a plethora of lighters, ashtrays and accessories for sale. Oh, and if you're looking for that pipe to smoke "herbs" out of, they have those too!

When I went in here the man who helped us was also really friendly and seemed to get a kick out of the fact that my partner and I found their penguin ashtrays funny. He told us to come back soon and seemed like he meant it in a pleasant way and not desperate way.

Don't let the location in a dumpy little strip mall throw you off, this place is nice on the inside. You might remember it from a few years ago, but this place has had a serious remodel since then. Oh yeah, and if you're thirsty they also have plenty of cold beverages for sale. You can also pick up a lotto ticket.
