My five stars goes out to two people in particular. Jordan in Electronics: He's friendly, knowledgeable and always has a great attitude and a glowing smile. Each time Jordan has assisted me in the Electronics Dept it's been a pleasant experience and I've gotten exactly what I need. Neda in Beauty: Although not a Target Team member, I still want to recognize Neda in this review. She is the Beauty Concierge with Brand Connections. I was dealing with damaged dry hair and asked for suggestions on shampoos and conditioners. Neda suggested the L'Oreal Sulfate-free line and I'm so glad she did! Those products and Neda's saved my hair. Another time I went to her and expressed my frustration over finding a foundation that matched my skin. I had given up wearing it but thought I'd try one last time by seeking her assistance. Neda color matched me and I'm thrilled to say my new foundation matches my skin exactly!

Beyond frustrated with Target. Today my daughter purchased a $100 toy with gift cards from her birthday. When we arrived home we discovered the toy was broken. Returned to Target to exchange the toy for the identical toy and Target refused to exchange the item same day because they claim the receipt is not in the system same day. This is not posted anywhere on their return policy. I have a receipt and a broken toy and Target refused to return the item. I could not be more upset and now have a 6 yr old crying because Target refused to do a return with a receipt. I will never patronize Target again. Even called corporate and was told they do not return items same day even when they are broken. This is ridiculous and should be posted.

Dirty dirty dirty dirty, unorganized. Not up to standards. I hate that I'm forced to shop here. The staff have no pride. It's very upsetting that this store is always nasty.

Terrible store, employee are not attentive to customers, do not know if and where if the store curries certain item, service is ver poor especially in the cell phone section, if there is less than one star, this would be what they deserve, awful! !
