She is crooked, shady, and a damn liar! My fiance had a case with her and SHE said it was a good idea to get a paternity test done but NEVER said that if he did, the mother has the right to change the child's last name. He even asked her, if getting the test done would effect anything name wise with the child, and she lied and said no. Also the bill! She charged an OUTRAGEOUS  amount of money for doing absolutely nothing! We asked for an itemized statements multiple times, and was told they are unable to give it to us due to them "changing systems". She is horrible and and does not know how to guide HONEST, HARD WORKING PEOPLE in the right direction.

I would have given here zero but I could not get to the review process otherwise. She took $15000 from me over three and a half years and quit me nine days before our final hearing when the opposition was in rehab for drugs, leaving me with an expensive, and now i find, unenforceable order. I believe she colluded with the other side and quit as a result of her knowledge the orders were unenforceable. The direct result of which is that my child has been kidnapped across state lines. She would not return phone call after phone call at a point when it was critical. She took my money and did not deliver. in my opinion she should be charged criminally for theft and kept from practicing law.   period

This woman is a crook and a liar. Her actions put my whole case in jeopardy. She is one of the worst lawyers out there. If you don't settle you wont win.  She over charged me by charging for her and assoc attorneys time when I was mainly speaking with an inexperienced intern. Charged me thousands of dollars then quit when I couldn't keep shelling money out to her for less than mediocre work. She told me she would get the fees from my ex after I paid the retainer. What a joke. I am still fighting my ex in the divorce for my children. He has no business having them with his past. Dont hire this crook.

Cindy Allen is not only the best, she is the only attorney I have found that I can completely trust.
She won custody of my grandchild for my son against all odds.  I found her to be on top of everything at all times.  Thank you Cindy.   Sharon Swindle
