I had to leave several messages for someone to contact me from this office. Finally, after 1 week, after calling again I spoke with Will.  He was upset, rude and gruff before I said anything. Horrible customer service. Spent about 2 minutes with me on the phone and practically rushed me off so I would not ask any more questions or even make an appointment.  I would never recommend him to anyone.

The person that reviewed earlier is either paid or someone that works for this firm. If you value your hard earned money do not bother with Ville. Because once he gets paid he moves on to the next person. During the immigration interview he does nothing but sit quietly like a child on time out and does not offer any help. And after the interview he is just as helpless if not worse. Up to the point where he doesn't bother to return your calls, mainly because he has no answers why your case is taking longer than usual or have any updates or steps he can take to move things along to help your case. You are better of going the the NIS website, filling out the forms and sending them in yourself, I know a few people that have had better results doing that. Because all the money you pay him basically is to fill out those forms for you. A little expensive to fill out some forms you can do yourself. You would think a lawyer that claims to have any sway or experience will do a better job of getting you answers. If you have an option other than Vilie take it.
