Spoke with Thor whom set up my free consultation. Thor, very sweet and pleasant to speak with, said Rick would call on the scheduled date and time. I waited and waited and waited. Never heard from this " shark" of an attoney. So, I email Thor letting him know that I hadn't received the schedule call. I never heard from either of them. I would like to say THANK YOU- if you represent clients the way you handle your scheduled consults... You just saved my time and money.

I used Bret Glen and after thousands of dollars in with no court date was supposed to get an emergency hearing (by law only supposed to be scheduled maximum of 3 days out) however this process took 2 months as he went on vacation and a partner was supposed to handle the case. The partner did not handle it and I was finally able to get thru to Bret but even then took an additional 2 weeks. Finally got a court date went to court and I feel as there was no preparation whatsoever on their part as there was no evidence of any investigation done to help my case. Then was double charged and then to fix this double charge was charged an additional $50 to “investigate” the bill. Was told that the court date was going to be around $900 had $1600 in my account that was taken out then got another bill for an additional $1000. I had made multiple requests for an itemized statement and was charged for this as well and still have not received an itemized statement nor will anyone tell me exactly what all the extra charges are for. I would not recommend Bret Glen from this firm unless you feel like dishing out 1,000’s of dollars with no explanation of the charges.

Betsy is absolutely a amazing attorney! She really cares about her clients and did a wonderful job for me! They are NOT like other attorneys that are just in it for the money. Definitely would recommend this law firm to anyone out there that needs a great priced lawyer and that does a great job!
