I’ve been going to Cindy’s for years, However I was very disappointed with my service with them today. I came in today, Saturday, and there was already a long wait when I got there. I didn’t mind waiting and sat with the rest of the people, but right away I noticed that the salon was obviously very understaffed for what is  always a very busy Saturday.  After sitting in the waiting area for about 10 minutes I was moved over to one of the nail chairs and proceeded to wait there for about another 25 minutes before I was again move to another chair to finally be taken from my service. again I didn’t mind waiting, but what my problem is was the terrible service that I was given as I was obviously rushed through my full set. My nails are uneven, too short and terribly shaped. I asked for coffin, and I got a mix between that and almond nails. As a nail technician at a salon myself, I recognize when the nail tech is doing things improperly themselves and she was. She didn’t consult with me on what I wanted much regardless of a language barrier, they also do not sanitize their tools properly here. On top of all of that I was charged $38 for a mediocre full set.... You can get quality work here when it’s not so busy, especially from Tim or Cindy herself, which is the only reason I gave them two stars instead of one. Go to another nail salon on busy weekend days, because they are understaffed and will rush your service!

Very clean and open environment, friendly staff who are very detail-oriented. I always love my nails when I get them done here. They also now offer dipping powder sets/fills

Took my daughter to get a pedicure for her bday. They rushed through both our pedicures, and charged me a ridiculous Amount for their crappy job. This has been my 3rd time here and my last. Mimi has previously done my pedi/Mani And always does a great job. I specifically requested her and they didn't budge, instead they had someone else do it. I didn't wanna upset anyone being that it was full but if I am paying such a ridiculous amount we should get proper treatment, regardless!! I am very disappointed with the way they rushed through our service. I Will not be returning here.

I use to love going to Cindy's but after last night i do not think that i will be returning. I had a gel manicure done and it turned out horrible. The girl who had done it was rushing through it and didn't even paint my full nail.  They were pretty busy i give them that but they should still take their time. My one nail is already peeling up a little and I just got them done yesterday . Big waste of $30.

After having gone here a few times, it's apparent that if you are not a regular, you aren't a priority and you get a rush job that doesn't hold up. My gel didn't last a weekend, and I didn't do anything unusual or particularly grueling to my nails. I ended up having my toes repainted elsewhere, I could've done a better job. I've had decent service here, but after paying $60 bucks for nothing, essentially, I'll take my business elsewhere.
