I've been going here since they open(6yrs) They have become less customer service orientated since becoming more busy; the last straw was when I saw one of the nail tech cut a ladies finger,and then he continued painting her nails and dipping the paint brush into the product. .I asked if he was going to throw out the product afterwards, and he said,"NO!!!..I brought it up to the owner, and she said, she would talk to him...I was very disappointed, to say the least

very good customer service and my nails were done so well! and very cheap, i'm from London and i can never find a place that is as great!

every time i go here i don't have to wait long to be seen and they don't rush to get you out the door, they also make sure you are leaving happy with the service. Love it! also love that when you get a pedi they offer you a drink 😍 so sweet! ill be back in 2 weeks!
