This place is absolutely awesome and the technicians are super nice.  I come here every two weeks or so and they always remember my name.  I will never go to another nail spa!

Great people. They do an amazing job. Good hard working people. Thank you  for the work you do. I know people can be rude.  This shop is clean and take care of customers. they are super friendly and sweet.

I am a regular for my gel mani every two and a half weeks, they do a beautiful job, the gel mani is the best I've had out of all the salons I've tried it doesn't discolor, chip, or peel! The staff is amazing and remember me by name every time!!! Highly recommended it's an amazing salon

If i can rate this 0 I Would. I came in for the first today with a friend and I asked for a regular pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure did not scrub my feet at all. My feet look the exact same as when I come in. The lady took my 30$ and the price for regular is 25. I didn't even tell her to keep the change she kept it. I'm over here waiting for my change and she goes to somebody's else. I told the owner my feet look horrible all she said she will tell the lady to do better next time and I said I will not come again. Didn't even care.. like what kind of service is this ? I'm literally on my way to another shop to get my real pedicure.

I am never one to write reviews but I feel it's necessary after my experience today. I do love this place because they do great work, but only come here if you have 2+ hours to spare. I went in for a gel manicure today, and I spent about 1 1/2 hours out of the 2 I was there just sitting in a chair waiting. They completely forgot about me. And this is not the first time this has happened. It seems like every time I go there, everyone else gets service before me. One time I even made an appointment because I knew I had other engagements and didn't want to spend my whole night getting my nails done. They were so offended and their response was "who makes appointments?"

There definitely needs to be some changes here, whether it's getting a larger space, hiring more staff, or straight up telling people "sorry, we can't see you now". Don't make people wait for over an hour.

The staff is very nice, and the atmosphere is relatively calm, with good music. But sadly, I don't think I will be coming here again.
