My husband sent me flowers for our anniversary. When he got home he said he was disappointed because they where not like the ones on the website. They where white flowers with some small roses in with them. The roses did not open at all during a 2 day period and started to droop. My husband then called Cindy and told her he was not satisfied. She sent out another arrangement,( taking back the first arrangement) like the first only some of the roses where open but all died with a 2 day period. I kept the water changed. We will not used Cindy again.

Excellent service. I send flowers to my cousin in Rock Hill (from here in NYC) and she is always extremely pleased. They do a great job!

I was thrilled to get a call from my little girl tonight saying she received the plant and balloons (for her 24th birthday) I ordered from Cindy's today. The florist was nice enough to send me a couple of pictures of the plants so I could choose which one to send. I wasn't sure what to send as my daughter has graduated from school and has her own place now. Flowers would have been the usual choice, but because of the florists' recommendation, my daughter now has a plant she can enjoy for a long time. Huge kudos to the customers service at Cindy's Flower Shop!

Beautiful job on funeral flowers!!! We requested colorful varieties--lilies, gerbera daisies, delphinium, bells of Ireland--with an emphasis on oranges and yellows for my mom's funeral. The casket spray, a large arrangement on a wire stand, and the tall vase with sunflowers, curly willow and daisies were all simply gorgeous! It made her final tribute memorable and fitting--thank you, Cindy's Flower Shop!
