It has been like 15 years since I had my last Cinnabon. Always the same flavor I love it thank you
I purchased two four packs of large rolls from this location. If I had bought these at The Woodlands Mall location I would have ended up with eight rolls that had been left under a heat lamp for thirty minutes then boxed up to be sold and would be absolutely horrible to eat. I have had so many bad experiences at the Woodlands location I was hesitant to buy but I did ask how the rolls were prepared. The girl told me that they are baked and after they cool they are package and iced. This is exactly how Cinnabon Rolls are suppose to be made. However, The Woodlands Cinnabon would disagree with you while trying to sell you roll which by health department standards should be thrown out. These were the best Cinnabon Rolls I have had in the past ten years. My wife said they remind her of the Cinnabon's she had when she was a kid. I would highly recomend this location while highly discouraging anyone from visiting The Woodlands location.
Got some bites and they were good taste wise, but the regular size would've been more satisfying. Overall, good treat and good service.
I’ve never been to a Cinnabon where the entire roll just tastes exactly like the center of the roll. I brought some home as well and even when reheated they were soft. So good
I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s amazing. This visit the Cinnabon rolls and a Cinnabon minis were disgusting. They did not taste fresh like they usually do. I asked for a Cinnabon with Carmel and pecan topping and he covered the Cinnabon with a large amount of pecans barely any caramel and it did not taste good at all. I’m m very disappointing with this location.
Poor. Ordered online, cashier was terrible. Not helpful, zero smile. All other staff just stood there while there was a line. I asked cashier simple questions regarding my order, she literally just stared at me with zero response? So bad. Cinnabon charges you .35 cents on online orders for app and website development, then they ask for you for a tip ahead of time online. I could have ordered my Cinnabon multi pack on the spot and saved 5.00. A smile and/or a response would have worked. Booo…..Customer service fail.
Love this branch always making fresh PS: never buy from the place where they don't make fresh and just keep boxes
Purchased a entire 15 pack and they were dry & tough. Reheating hardly made a difference. The rolls barely had any cinnamon, but they looked good. What a disappointment, no way these were made fresh.
The caramel pecanbon is not as advertised. It was raw and it only costs $5.59 according to the menu for this store’s location. We were given the caramel pecanbon without the caramel and paid $6 plus taxes. We told the store to fix this issue and it was not fixed. The employee needed to do a better job solving problems and complaints. Some other customer was displeased with his water down iced coffee and he told him to give a new one and he made the lid touch the pump again which is a hygiene concern especially during a pandemic. Skip Cinnabon go and go to Land of A Thousand Hills in Town Lake. Cinnamon rolls taste better, are baked accordingly, and are more inexpensive.
Why don't your people wear gloves when handling food? The cashier with long dirty fingernails touched my food with no gloves on. She said she didn't and that she only touched the tray but I saw her dirty fingers touch my food! Disgusting! I threw it away! $5 wasted! Don't be cheap & lazy.... Wear Gloves when you handle food especially after touching dirty money or wearing long nails!
