I ALWAYS order a strawberry sundae and today 12/15/19 @ 1:30 ordered yet again the same thing. When i realized the guy was making a SMOOTHIE I made sure that wasn’t for me. The two employees caught an attitude with me when it’s not my fault he heard wrong. The other employee claimed I said smoothie when she wasn’t even near me when I ordered.

My fiancé and I came in at 1:30 pm today 12/15/19. She ordered a strawberry sundae as she always does, and the guy began to make her a smoothie, my fiancé kindly corrected him, it was apparent that the customer before my fiancé was the one who ordered it. And out of nowhere a girl coworker began to tell my fiancé that she did order a smoothie even though, she wasn’t even around when my fiancé ordered. All of this was said with a very harsh attitude, all she wanted was a sundae

Very turned off by the DQ in the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ. On 12/13/18 around 7pm, I Stood at the counter for more than five minutes while watching the young girl behind the counter ignore me while she typed away at her phone. Frustrated, I finally said “Hello, Can you leave your phone alone long enough to help me?” Only to have her respond “Oh our smoothie machine is not working, that’s why”.  So I told her that maybe she should’ve told me that instead of ignoring me” she clearly did not care.  I went to a juice bar in the center of the mall and ordered something. I couldn’t help but look in the direction if the DQ as I waited and noticed that she did the same thing to several people. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never go there again.

Heard a woman clearly ask for a Strawberry Sundae about a week ago. The person there started making a smoothie. The employees were not professional when they were corrected.

My experience in Dairy Queen And Orange Julius is not that good this place is conveniently located in the mall and the employee was decent the place was clean but my problems are this place has higher prices then Dairy Queen’s and they don’t have any food here a small blizzard at a regular DQ is $2.89 and this one is $5.89 unbelievable

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Says you’re open til 10 and we were turned away at 9:25 lol. Thanks for the icecream :

I would give a zero star as isn’t Not open till 10:00!!!! Unsure why it says 10:00 on the site!!!

Not fast food at all . Wasted 20 mins of my time and had to leave with nothing and no refund .
