Very large menu with many choices. Service was good. The atmosphere is very unique to Cheesecake factory. Dark tables and dim lighting with a tropical or Egyptian feel. Large portions which we took home. Took cheesecake to go which was excellent. Prices were moderate to high.Food: 4/5
It was great spending some time together with my son. The ambient was good and the food was fresh like if I make it at home. We could talk without screaming, etc. Overall we both had fun. Look at some of the pictures and see where these come from in the cheesecake factory.
Got long Island iced tea, steak and salmon all from the skinnylicious menu. The food was ok and standard quality, and the iced tea exceeded our expectation. Great brown bread as well - soft and sweet. However, the utensils were visibly dirty… and that cancels out all the good parts.
My Mom chose to celebrate her birthday here. The 5 stars goes to Sey and the chefs who prepared our food. Sey was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her customer service was top tier. She was attentive to each person in our party of 9. She made the night extra special. The food was delicious. Everything came out hot and was very delicious.
Don’t waste your money.. The cheesecake factory is not a low budget restaurant, however lately they’ve been serving low budget food!! $74 is not a little cost for Horrible service and dinner! I had to send my food back three times, finally they comped the wings after I complained…however the whole meal should’ve been compensated for. OR A fresh plate could have been given to us …. The steak and the wings were sent back to the kitchen, everything was completely salted to the point where the salt burnt your lips. The mac & cheese balls were burnt & the sangria tasted like the fruit went bad. The only positive about this visit was that we were able to get good tasting cheesecake. Which is not on this bill because the server after we express our frustrations to him/her didn’t offer us anything else as far as desserts or anything, he/she was completely checked out we didn’t get any silverware initially and ended up trying to use a butter knife to cut the steak. The server kept pulling down his/ her face mask to speak … very unprofessional. The server went to get a manager but no one came back.. we left a small tip as a general courtesy, however as long-standing customers we expected more from the Cheesecake Factory.
This is not to say we haven't had good meals here. We certainly have. But to spend nearly $250 for a family of 5 it wasn't worth it. We went early on a Sunday evening to beat the crowd and were seated right away which was definitely nice as they can get quite busy. After that, the wait was long. Overall, we were there for over 2 hours. The pasta in my daughter's chicken marsala brought new meaning to al dente as some cracked when you bit in to it. The amount of chicken were three very small pieces which looked like someone split a chicken breast in half and then into 3. The pasta in my other daughter's chicken and broccoli was ice cold. The chicken in my piccata was ridiculously thin, over cooked, and dry. Don't ever get mac and cheese as my son did with a NY steak. It was bowtie pasta with what looked like some cheese melted on top. Once you pick the first piece of pasta off with some cheese on it, the rest was just dry pasta in a bowl. On a positive note, my wife did enjoy the fish tacos. The calamari and spinach dip were good. The desserts are always good.
Service is alright, but the food quality needs to be better here. The wait was very miniscule compared to other Cheesecake Factories, which is a plus. When we were seated, our table was still dirty and greasy from the table that must've sat last there. The server was nice and was very attentive. However, when we got our food, it was quite disappointing. The first red flag was that my partners burger was raw. This was replaced, but came back out as rare instead of medium like requested. Secondly, the chicken was cold inside my fried chicken sandwich, which is concerning. The waiter was very nice, however for a restaurant experience, I would go anywhere else and get a better meal than I did today. Not worth the price IMO.
I love the ambiance of this restaurant. The service was excellent. The server was kind, courteous, and patient. Everyone was happy with their food choice and taste. I had the herb crusted salmon, which was tasty. Kid-friendliness: Patient with our 1 year old Parking: Located at the mall. Very busy restaurant so you may need to park far.
The place is very nice and well kept. The waiter was excellent. The food is good, solid but nothing exciting or exceptional. Overall still a very good experience
On Sundays, this CCF is good for Bergen county residents, since we get to shop in the mall afterwards. This restaurant has been able to maintain the standard CCF experience that you get in other locations. Our food took the usual long CCF wait time to come out. Food taste was the usually how it is in CCF. I tried Shrimp and chicken Gumbo for the first time. I liked the dish, but the rice seemed cold and dry, a better quality rice would have made it much better. Our service was okay. Probably we will visit this CCF again if we come to Willowbrook Mall on Sunday morning.
