If you're looking for the best real estate group in Colorado Springs, you've found it. My wife and I were in a pickle last summer when the home we were renting for years was put on the market. We had a short amount of time to find a new home within our price range. 

Kathi did an amazing job!

Although I'm sure she was juggling dozens of other prospective buyers and sellers, we felt like we were her number one priority (and I'm sure her other customers felt that way as well). 

She was attentive to our needs, only wanted what was best for us, quick to arrange showings, flexible and generous with her time, helped walk us through the entire process as first-time homeowners, and had the added touch of sincere empathy, keeping us cool, collected and encouraged when offers fell through. 

These guys are so good, in fact, that my wife's parents and two of her three sisters have found and purchased homes through Circa Real Estate Group.

Give them a call. I promise you won't find a better realtor in town!

We recently had the need to sell our home and find a new one in a short period of time. We found Circa Real Estate Group and are very happy we did. Jeremy and Nolan made this an easy process! They helped us sell our home in 3 days! I could not image selling and buying a home as quickly and stress free without the help of everyone at Circa Real Estate Group. I highly recommend them and will most definitely use them in the future!

Downsizing from a larger home to a smaller one was a formidable prospect for us but after deciding to proceed, we contacted Jeremy Isaac at The Circa Real Estate Group to help us begin the process.  From the first step of choosing a builder and the best model for our needs, Jeremy walked us through the process from choosing a lot to closing on the completed home seven months later.  He was there for every meeting, every design center appointment and every walk-through.  During this process we needed to sell our home which, with Jeremy's guidance, was expertly staged, marketed and sold within seven days. We are grateful to Carrie for her marketing expertise and Nolan for his help throughout the process.  Along the way, Jeremy explained and simplified the mountain of paperwork we encountered, answered every question and responded promptly to every email, phone call and text.  The seven month journey was long but with the help of Jeremy and everyone at The Circa Group, it was as painless as a move can possibly be and we cannot recommend them highly enough.  If you are buying or selling or both in Colorado Springs, you won't find a better real estate agency,

Kathi Donivan went above and beyond to help us find our dream home! She was professional and attentive to our needs to make sure we were happy and felt great about our purchase and walked us through every step of the way!! I highly recommend her to anyone selling or purchasing a home. We will be using her down the line if we decide to ever sell and buy again, and will recommend her to our friends and family! Thanks Kathi for being a wonderful person and agent!!

We started working with Kathi about 2.5 years ago (that's how long it took for me to get my forever home). Though we were working with Kathi primarily, I could tell that there is a team effort at Circa Realty. We were looking to buy a house before moving to the Springs and what was most important to me was finding a realtor that I can trust. The first time we talked with Kathi I knew she was what we were looking for. She did not try to push us into signing any agreements with her and did multiple showings for us until we found what we were looking for. She is a unique realtor in that she guides her clients into getting what they want rather than trying to get a quick sale. It is obvious that she enjoys what she does and connects with her clients on a personal level. By the time we found and purchased our home I had built a strong enough relationship with Kathi and bought my house sight unseen with no regrets. I am enamored by her graciousness and kindness towards me and my family and we will forever be thankful to her for giving us an amazing and memorable buying experience.
