Treasure and her team are absolutely phenomenal in all ways and all areas.  I was treated as if I was one of the family and no phone call or email ever went unanswered, and I would humbly classify myself a little on the high maintenance side!  Angela was super from day one as she always kept me in the loop on where I was in the process as my closing date approached.  Treasure was with me the whole time I was building my new home and there will never be enough words or ways for me to show my gratitude and appreciate for all she did for me.  Love is the only way I can attempt to put it into words.  Amazing and I wouldn't trust anyone else with such an important decision in life!  Thank you Treasure and your whole team!

Want to thank Taryn Simental and the Treasure Davis Team for recently helping us find our new home in Colorado Springs. I contacted Taryn over the phone in February 2017 and that day she began setting our family up for listings based on our preferences. As a military family far away, we also could not visit before we purchased. Taryn made every effort to find us the perfect home and act on our behalf while out of state. She and her team made the process easy for us. We love our new home and grateful for the opportunity to work with Taryn and her team. I highly recommend Taryn and the Treasure Davis Team!

I worked with Taryn on this team and she was absolutely amazing. Me and my boyfriend were looking for our first house together and she was so patient with us and when we were worried about the loan coming through she made sure to set us on the right track and even called the loan officer to contact us right away to help sort things out. She made us feel confident the whole time. We ended building our place and she was with us the whole way, always had a great attitude. With any questions she was always available via text or call or email she always got back to us. We just closed on the 30th and it was the smoothest closing I have ever done. When the title company changed the closing time on us and Taryn was unable to make it she made sure to have one of her team members ready to meet us. If we should ever move again they will be our team. I have recommended them to so many people and they have never disappointed them! Great team! Great people! Great personalities!

Taryn was a dream come true. Because I was moving from Maryland (1,600 miles away) I really had to rely on her from putting together a list of properties to look at and she struck gold on the first trip. After that she handled everything from the inspections to setting up the closing with absolute professionalism and finesse.
If you don't use Taryn you're really doing yourself a disservice.

Taryn was extremely patient and flexible throughout our prolonged search for the perfect home for our family, and we are very pleased with the end results.  Taryn was thorough about finding and providing accurate information, and pointing out features we might have missed during house showings.  She gave excellent advice to us throughout the buying process, and  answered innumerable questions in a professional but reassuring way.  Taryn has become a friend of our family, and we wouldn't hesitate to utilize her expertise again in the future!
