I have called this company about 20 times to view a property. When i finally did get to a real person the lady was extremely rude. She was grilling me for not knowing the exact address. I drove by & saw a sign. I told her the street & what i could make out of the fading numbers on the building, she then said call back when you know what you're talking about & hung up. I WILL NEVER call here again.

They are very friendly up front and lovely if you rent over a year.  Never had to call about things needing to be fixed but have tried calling about property management issues.  They didn't respond.  Had to leave a message and never heard from them again.  Otherwise, they did a very good job.
