I went here because it's close and convenient.  Over the phone I told them I was bringing my own oil as I've done with every car I ever owned and was told no problem.  I arrived and the older gentleman with gray hair behind the counter told me, "we don't really do that."  I explained I was told it was fine and with an attitude accepted my answer.  The tech who got my car sat in it for 5 minutes coughing non stop.  The dealership is in major needs of physical appearance updates and some training on dealing with people who paid good money for a product.  On a one positive note they took it around decently quick.  I won't be back to this dealership, I'll go to the one on 37 in toms river with great reviews.

I wouldn't recommend the service department at all. The older gentleman lied to us and treated us dispespectfully. This was our first time attempting to do business with the service department and we will never go there again.

I've been a loyal customer of Circle Dodge for almost 20 years until now.I bought about 10 cars there, sales people really go out of their way.The service has really gone south always going out of their way not to fix something I knew was not right and finally advised by Chrysler to take it to another dealer.The second dealer agreed and said my ball joints were in fact bad and replaced.That was the final straw and I will not be going back...EVER!

I gave this dealership a chance based off of the positive reviews and figured being a smaller dealership that there wouldn't be the typical car dealer games. Unfortunately I was wrong and completely wasted my time. While I understand it's very difficult to give trade figures over the phone it is possible to give a decent estimate when given all the proper information. To have a $3,000 lower price difference when you tell me that your manager likes my truck a lot is hard to comprehend. Don't say it could be this number, higher or lower when clearly there was no chance of going over the buyout number or getting to the buyout number. Be upfront and honest with people it goes much further and even if a deal can't be done they'll respect you for being honest and come back at another time. Hopefully other people have better experiences but it's very hard to feel positive when you feel you were completely mislead and your time was wasted.

Thank you Frank and staff at Circle Dodge. This is our 4th new car purchase with you and we can't thank you enough. Always great service, great pricing and no hassle purchasing. See you in two years!
