Terrible establishment. Salesmen are lazy scumbags  who sold me a truck with no heat, alignment issues, and an exhaust manifold leak. They told me it was repaired but the job was only partially done. When I asked to speak with the mechanic so I could have an idea where they left off the scumbag up front refused to let me speak with him. This place should be burned to the ground with the salesmen in it. The owner is a straight shooter but his staff is the worst I've ever encountered.

So today I got a flat. Apparently the valve stem wasn't installed properly. And on top of that, the emergency brake bracket fell off of the chassis. This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

We had a wonderful experience at Auto Headquarters.  My son bought his first truck, and we couldn't be happier.  Abe was very knowledgeable but in no way pushy.  The prices are all non-negotioable, which I really liked.  It was the most simple and stress-free car buying experience I've ever had at a dealership.

I had a wonderful experience with this Dealer.  Abe was very knowledgeable and handled everything with courtesy and respect.  I am a graduated Auto Service Tech and my family Mechanic came along with me to the dealer to complete the deal.  The minivan was a bank repo bought from a bank repo Auto auction.  The engine had it's original 52K Miles and the engine condition, transmission and external condition was excellent.  There were cigarette burn marks on the seats, headrest, there were 2 vents broken on the ceiling and the shift knob had a burn marks at the base of it.  The previous owner was a smoker.  Abe stated that this is why we are selling it $2000 dollars off it's purchase price and he actually ordered the new replacement parts for us and added it to the sale contract for free.  As for the seat fabric, any fabric repair place can fix it.  So I completed the purchase and we have a beautiful new 2011 KIA SEDONA LX in our driveway.  Moral of the day:. Make sure you take your Mechanic with you for any car sale.  I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and neighbors.

Bought a truck for about 12 grand. It was  advertised sold as is . but they said 1  owner and a  completely safety check from their very experience mechanics.  So I took their word on it. I also paid for a warrantee that didn't cover anything so I had to cancel that. Found out that  their mechanic safety check was a lie. On my way home the truck broke down. They sold me a non safe vehicle and motor issues. That's what ford dealership told me since I had to drop the truck off to them because I couldn't make it home. My mistake of buying this  vehicle by not having a mechanic look at it first. I was trusting this dealership word on the  vehicle.  My mistake. I suggest if you're going to purchase any  vehicle  at this dealership bring your mechanic to look at that  vehicle.  Don't make the mistake that I made by trusting their advertisements on a vehicle. The truck had 161k miles on it. The ford dealership said any  qualified mechanic  would known that the  vehicle  was not safe to drive. I'm surprise auto headquarters would put their name on the line with a bad advertisement for this vehicle. I had 2 kids in the truck riding on the way home. The head lights didn't work and the  breaks were rotted with a  massive oil leak coming from the engine. How did there   Mechanic  not see this I wanted to return the truck to get my money back they wouldn't do that for me. The truck sits in my driveway waiting to get fix when I get money I have to get a motor and the other issues fix. I own a business and my customers ever had a problem I would help them out. They will not help me with any cost on this truck. I hope this review would help anyone to not get scammed like I did. I have the copy of there  advertisement  that they did for this truck with a copy of ford dealership  inspection report  so everything I'm saying is 100% true. what goes around comes around good luck

Bought a 2005 Subaru WRX from them and couldnt be happier. I was a first time buyer and was having difficulty getting a loan but John went above and beyond getting me approved with great payments. 100% recommend them and will be going back for next car
