I have had nothing but great experience with them over the past 3 years I have been going there.  I have a Toyota and Lexus Hybrid, have had mostly minor work done (oil change, that sort of thing), with the exception of the 100,000 mile service on the Lexus, which is pretty pricey.  After getting their quote, I called several places to make sure the quote was in line, and they were within a few dollars of the other options... but unlike others, they offered me a loaner car, which I declined because they drove me home after I dropped it off, and picked me up when it was finished.  The car had been washed and the work was completed perfectly.  None of the disclaimer items (eg: "When we get in there we might see something more that needs attention and then we'll call you") resulted in any additional needed work or charges and it came in about $50 less than their quote.  I have found them courteous and very good to work with.

Been using them for over 10 years and have had no problems with the work they perform on my 2000 Lexus RX300 with 230,000 miles on it.

Overpriced and uncaring. That's the headline here. Tried to get a simple oil change, three weeks out! Right.. Then I threw in maybe they could replace my front brakes too. Suddenly they had an opening! But the brakes job was more than double other quotes, for exact same job, turn rotors and drop pads in. These guys are busy, got a loyal following and that's why they don't care about earning more business. Too bad, I was hoping to find a local shop to care for my vehicles.

Not a fan of this shop. Took my truck in to get aligned, should note this is an older truck. Said they couldn't align the truck due to play due to worn parts in front end, which is very understandable. Did the right thing and contacted me before going through with the work. Thus far, I was pleased with my experience. However, when I told them I didn't want the work done, I was informed I would be charged 60 dollars for a half hour of shop time when almost nothing had been done on my truck. In my opinion, a proper business establishment would wave said fees considering they provided me with technically no service. I'm disappointed to have to write a negative review, however I feel that others should realize this shop might charge them for essentially a check up, that Les Schwab and many other establishments would provide for free. I won't be taking my vehicles or referring others to this business any longer.

I took my car here because my starter was going bad. My car would intermittently not start on the first try (or first 10 tries), only click. They found other problems with my car, such as a cracked timing belt, but said my starter was fine since it always started for them. Once when my car did not start for them they decided my battery was the issue. On their recommendation I had my perfectly good battery replaced for free by Les Schwab.
My starter went out one hour after leaving Circle and Square because they didn't pay attention to what was wrong with my car.
