My car was towed to Mike's after an emergency and Mike showed incredible kindness in my despair. What was an incredibly stressful situation was made tremendously better by my experience here. Mike was honest and fixed my car quickly and efficiently. He worked around my schedule and helped me when I needed help the most. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was safe to drive and showed that he cared. I am thankful for my experience here and would highly highly recommend this service.

I highly recommend Mike's. I had issues with my car in the morning, and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue that afternoon. After running the diagnostic, Mike Sr. called me to clearly explain what needed to be done, and how much parts and labor would cost before getting my authorization to be charged for the work. The work was done well and the price was fair. Thanks, Mike's!

After my car broke down in Somerville, I called AAA and they directed me here. While this place was efficient in diagnosing the issue and informing me of the repair/costs, they ridiculously overcharged for diagnosis and the repair (completed at another shop) ended up being half of what they'd originally quoted me. I would not recommend going here unless you don't mind paying more.

I found these guys when my local dealer told me I needed a new transmission and I didn't believe them. I took it to Mike's and they found that I only need to replace one of the sensors. Dealer wanted to charge me over 5k to replace my transmission when all I needed was a $300.00 sensor! I've now been going to Mike's for about 3 years and I've never had a disappointing visit, they're always very informative, able to schedule a service time that meets my schedule and have always been very fair.

Mike's automative Service in Somerville is the best and I have been going here for almost ten years. They are professional, courteous, thorough, HONEST, and deliver excellent and friendly customer service. The waiting room is clean with hot beverage options and snacks (even the restroom is clean). I wouldn't go anywhere else.
