Change you judge if his name is Brian Bushaw! Basically told me to go do what I did the last two times before again. So do all the work, you charge me and for what? Do this again? What a joke! Definitely not a nice or understanding judge.
Judge Mark McGinnis is a corrupt clown who is willing to disrupt the lives of healthcare workers by forcing them to work in terrible conditions. The choice for him to grant an unethical injunction which blocks AT WILL employees from accepting positions with another employer shows he has no moral standing and would rather force indentured servitude. This action only highlights how worthless this judge is. Mark McGinnis must resign or should be removed from his office.
Way to violate the 13th amendment, there, Judge McGinnis. What are you gonna do if those enslaved nurses just don't show up to work? Have them arrested? Not that it would surprise me if you tried. Have you considered possibly shackling the nurses to their work stations? I hear that's a trend in sweat shops.
So today 02/06/20 around 1:10pm I went into through the basic entrance with metal detectors just to pick up someone from therapy, all I asked for was for some directions to the mental health center and I was told 3rd floor, i began to walk away as I thought the conversation was over and received a sarcastic comment from the officer to the left when you enter, I really didn't care and I apologized and continued. Then after that heard some random guy say "I'm a trump supporter and that's why I'm a better listener"and the random man and the officers continued to talk about how "liberals dont listen to anything", it really just appalled me that they just amused I was a liberal and I am but I said nothing about being a liberal nor did my appearance say I was liberal. I just think it's kinda gross that I saw two officers and some random guy profile me like that, especially the two officers, truly dont understand how a police officer can be so unprofessional as I'm suppose to trust them with my safety.
The Clerk of Courts is SUCH a nice Facility especially after the REMODEL! I literally feel like I'm at home when I come in there!!! The Staff are very friendly, and to be quite FRANK PATIENT AS EVER! Keep up the good work LADIES!!!
