It's an ideal model of government eservice efficiency to have so many divisions and services under a single roof.  It's like one stop shopping with public transportation interconnected and free public parking. The County staff are resourceful, polite and professional; and the cafeteria is good too.

Longest wait of any office ive ever been to. If you get there anyyime between 10am and 2 pm you will be pointlessly waiting. They take a 4 hour lunch every day. I've been in multiple times over the last 5 years. I was told more than once that they take lunch at that time. Literally taking lunch from 10-2. They don't call any numbers during that time. I recommend going at 8am or at the end of the day. Otherwise,  you'll get stuck in their 4 hour lunch. Where the lines don't move to get smaller, just bigger

Every time I have had to go here for any DMV related business, they have always been quick and efficient. NEVER had any problems here.

Horrible! 42 minute wait in line ,then the phine call. First hold was 35 minutes and i am still on hold for a second time at 48 mintues.

Good luck getting anyone in their social services dept. It's basically impossible. Apparently these people don't care about children or parents who do. I've called about 20 times and never once received any corrospondance. Not one time
