It must be criteria for any employees here to be rude, compassionless, and totally disinterested. After a week of emailing, calling, and sitting on hold for absurd amounts of time starting at 730am, I finally get through to someone who made their best effort to talk over me and gave me the bare minimum of information before the call was over.  I get that these people are busy and deal with a lot daily... I've met friendlier people at the DMV. And this is supposedly "human services"

Absolutely the most unprofessional entity in this city.  It is astonishing how these people operate. Their lack of compassion is astounding.

piss poor worker all of them are welfare rejects and dont know how to do their job they are always passing the blame to everyone else and have no common sense God gave a turnip everyone in that office needs to either be fired or retrain to do a job right and all need to stop worry about who yhey are going to sleep with next and what club they are going to on the weekend
