About 5 years ago, I walked out of the Norco office and swore I’d never go back. I felt Dr. Meshreky made me anything but a priority and was downright careless about my health. Fast forward and when my insurance changed last month, I searched for a new doctor. When I looked at my options to choose from, I was reluctant to call Citrus Valley after being treated the way I had been. I called to inquire about the doctors in the corona office who were unfamiliar to me presently. I spoke with a lady who was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their offices and staff. She suggested that I see their new PA, Hayley Rutledge at the internal medicine office. I booked in to see her for multiple reasons. I’ve since seen her 3 times and every single time, she has been so patient, thorough, and active to remedy every problem as quickly as possible and in a comforting manner. I never feel rushed which is super important to me. Referrals have so far, been given quickly and her nurse/assistant, Becky is reliable to respond to messages. Great providers are so hard to find these days. I can’t honestly say about the other doctors in the whole organization, but Hayley is fantastic! HOWEVER, the receptionists and most appointment setters could be friendlier. Appointment setters can make you feel like an inconvenience and it’s uncomfortable. The front desk receptionist at Internal Medicine office is anything but welcoming or friendly. Aside from those issues, I have no complaints and I’m glad I gave Citrus Valley another chance.

Wow this place is just trash and unprofessional. That Mexican chick works at the front desk needs to get a different job cause with that attitude she needs to understand that we r paying her minimum wage salary. And the doctor told me the red patches I have on my skin are the stretch marks. WOW. Where can I find the people that are over seeing this facility??? I got to file a major complain about this place.

DON’T GO HERE! The staff at rude and disorganized. They take a week to refill prescriptions, and are rude when you call to politely ask. They are very slow and I do not recommend. I have dealt with this for 4 years and will not be returning. I suggest that you all do not go here as well.

This place is unorganized and unprofessional. I had been here for years and they are rude, I'd never see my actual doctor. The front desk ladies violate HIPPA All the time by announcing other people's private information in the waiting room. The Assistants are rushing around like chickens with their heads cut off. I was told to renew my birth control I needed to come in for a physical "check up" even though I had recently got one for my job. I had to set an appointment they charged my copay and during the appointment all they did was give me paperwork for lab work. I was told I needed my lab work before I was seen for my "checkup". Weeks pass before they call me and let me know my lab work was in, I then call them to see what's the hold up and they tell me it is my job to call them and set an appointment to receive my lab work information. The way things are done at this office is confusing. The Physicians assistants are always quitting and when the physician doesn't have an assistant, paperwork piles up and I was to be referred to a specialist to see why I was getting dizzy and light headed in the heat the physician said it's normal for a slim person and that I should gain weight I asked to see a specialist to look more into it. He told me his assistant will be mailing over paperwork in order for me to see the specialist weeks pass I call no answer I drive up there and they tell me the assistant that was responsible is no longer working here. So when she quit nobody was there to fill the job? Paper work just sat on the desk piling up? Worst experiences ever dealing with this place.

These ladies work together for each patients benefit. Dr Minesinger literally saved my wife's life.
