If I could rate zero stars I would. I went here looking to buy a truck. I took one for a test drive,  got 3 blocks down and was told to turn around so we didn't get too far from the store. Who's buying the car? If I'm spending $55,000 on a truck I want to know how well it drives. Not only that but the sales guy I had told me he would call me the next day to talk about other cars. I never heard from him again. I'll put my business towards a company that is more for the people and actually motivated to sell a car.

Car listed on their website today had been sold two weeks ago but still on website.  Salesperson was nice and had us look at a car with more miles on it than the one listed... a car we had already declined to look at.

We are on our second vehicle from this dealership. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is the fact we always get the new salesperson. Of course they tried to get far more for the vehicle than we were going to pay. But we always leave with a good deal. I have to mention their great service department is my number one reason for buying from Jim Burke.

Great experience from knowledgeable staff. We would probably buy here again. The downside is that we still get emails about buying a new car from them, even though we just did.
